The Unlimited Plus Membership provides all the benefits of the Unlimited Membership with an additional layer to help create a more comprehensive solution. Unlimited Plus allows you to receive in-office care from the following professionals for only a copay:

• Other primary care providers
• Medical and surgical specialities
• Physical or occupational therapists
• Counselors or psychologists
• Speech therapists
• Laboratory (10 visits / year, no cost)

Unlimited Plus members are also automatically enrolled in Paytient, a $2,500 (individual)/$5,000 (family) 0% Visa card/Health Payment Account (HPA) to allow for up to 36 months to pay for medical expenses.

All Big Tree members get our wholesale lab pricing through Quest.
