Stephanie Tate is a Family and Psych Nurse Practitioner. She grew up near Canton, Ohio and went to Kent State University for her Bachelor’s in nursing. She spent over 10 years working in the hospitals mostly on the ICU and Trauma units before becoming an NP and transitioning to community health. Stephanie has also spent over ten years working as a nursing instructor. She has an interest in chronic conditions, sick visits, and mental health. When not working she spends her time hiking, reading and volunteers with animals.
